Plovdiv Hills in Markovo organizes one of the most impressive trail races in Bulgaria with routes of 44 km, 22 km, 12 km and 8 km.

This year, on the same day and on the same 44 km route, the State Trail Running Championship will also be held, jointly with the "Aktiv 2013" sports club.

The two competitions are held in parallel, but are separate in terms of ranking and prize pool.

The winners of the State Championship will also be awarded cash prizes for first, second and third place.

In this way, the event will bring together amateur and elite competitors at a common start, while maintaining a clear distinction between the two competitions and their awards.

By hosting this significant sporting event, Plovdiv Hills in Markovo declare their full support for the development of athletics and trail running in Bulgaria.
